Integrative Voice Work
Singing bowls have been used since ancient
times in Nepal and India for healing.
I use
crystal singing bowls for meditations and my
healing sessions. The sound stimulates and
attunes the centers of energy in the body and
clears and strengthens the auric field. People
often move fast into a deep restful state of
mind. The vibrations have a transformative
effect, clearing long held patterns of inter-
ference with surprising effectiveness, and
open us to a more expansive experience of
our being.
The sound of our voice can not hide what´s going on for us. So we can
also use our voice to move us to a more integrated whole sense of self.
I will guide and facilitate this process for you.
